Mile High Minute Promotional Services

By submitting content to Mile High Minute for promotional services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

SUBMISSION & POSTING PROCESS

1. All promotional content is subject to review and will be posted within 5-10 business days from the time of submission (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Complete submissions must include: proof of payment, content to be posted, social media tags (@), caption suggestions, and any relevant links.

3. All communications for promo should be directed to: milehighminutepromo@gmail.com

PAYMENT TERMS

1. All prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE.

2. Payment must be received in full before content will be posted.

3. Accepted payment methods: Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, cash, Apple Pay, and Card.

4. Premium services (expedited posting within 24 hours or 1-hour priority posting) are available for additional fees.

5. Post revisions due to client error incur a $25 fee per revision (one complimentary revision allowed if Mile High Minute makes an error).

MUSIC VIDEOS & INTERVIEWS

1. Music video and interview productions have a standard turnaround time of 2-4 weeks from initial submission.

2. Expedited turnaround (2-3 weeks) is available for music videos for an additional fee - please reach out to discuss pricing.

3. Upon completion, clients retain full ownership of all video content, including music videos and interviews.

4. Mile High Minute maintains full permission to use all footage and content for promotional materials, marketing purposes, and platform promotion.

5. All music video and interview content is subject to the same content guidelines and posting policies outlined in this agreement.

CONTENT GUIDELINES

1. Mile High Minute reserves the right to remove content without refund if the material is found to be illegitimate.

2. Explicit content (including firearms) may be blurred at our discretion unless clearly identified as props.

3. Mile High Minute does not condone any illegal activities and will not post content that promotes such.

4. All paid promotions will be marked as sponsorships or advertisements in compliance with legal requirements.

SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

1. Expedited "Skip the Line" service guarantees posting within 24 hours, or within 6-10 hours (same day) when available.

2. If your content is not posted in a timely manner due to our error, you may be eligible for compensation in the form of free promotional services.

3. If you purchase a 24 hour page post, content that performs well may remain posted permanently at our discretion.

4. Package deals are subject to price changes if redeemed more than 6 months after purchase.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Clients must provide all required information before submission will be processed.

2. Follow-up communications should be conducted via Instagram and email in a patient and respectful manner.

3. Due to high volume (10-20 clients in queue at any given time), advance submission is strongly recommended.

4. Specific posting dates require either Skip the Line service or booking 5-10 business days in advance.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

1. Mile High Minute reserves the right to create original captions based on your suggestions to optimize engagement.

2. Submissions of music, stories, and news may be posted for free at our discretion, but paid promotions are guaranteed only with payment.

3. You retain full ownership rights to all content you provide to Mile High Minute. Our promotional services do not transfer any copyright or ownership rights to us. After promotion, you maintain complete control over your music, videos, interviews, and other creative works shared on our platform.

By submitting content to Mile High Minute, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
