"Skip the Line" gets you posted within 24 hours, and "Skip the Line+" gets you posted within 6-10 hours (same day). If we can't post you in a timely manner, you will get some sort of free promo to make up for it.

Very rarely. We are a local business still building so we only offer refunds in very rare cases where Mile High Minute messes up. We usually offer some sort of promotion instead. Posts are subject to being taken down with no refund if what you are promoting is deemed illegitimate.

Post re-do's cost an additional $25 if the customer messes up. You will get 1 re-do if Mile High Minute messes up within reason.
